Sessions are booked directly on the website. Simply send a message by clicking the Book Now button on the website. Our team will contact you via email to discuss your needs and book sessions that fit your schedule and budget.
Each student will require a personalized plan. On average, most high school student applicants need a minimum of ten hours. College student applicants average between twenty and thirty hours.
School leaders will require a project-based schedule. We will develop a plan and timeline based on a school's needs and the size of the project.
Our office does run small group sessions for the High School Placement Test ( HSPT) for students wishing to prepare for this high school entrance test. However, we do not offer in-house preparation for other assessments such as the SSAT, SAT, and ACT but do provide suggestions for additional support if needed.

Depending on the level of support, time of service, urgency, discretion, and direct access to Dr. Cenca, fees can range from $5,000 to $30,000 per college cycle.
If you reside in the Greater Boston Area, we have meeting space in Boston (Seaport) and Wakefield, MA. Don't hesitate to contact us, and we can find a time and place that works best for you.
If outside the Boston area, meetings can take place virtually from start to finish. All appointments are scheduled through Zoom and are equally effective.
School Consulting takes place at the school and according to the schedule of the school leader. We offer very flexible times before or after school hours.
